About Me

Allow me to introduce myself..........as I'm sure you've ascertained by now my name is Steve Perring! I'm a landscape and wildlife photographer based in County Kerry, Ireland. Originally from the U.K I migrated across the Irish Sea back in 2006 and eventually settled here in the county aptly known as, 'The Kingdom'. 

In September 2020 I bought my first camera, a Nikon D5600. On the day it arrived I was as excited as a young child on Christmas morning. That sense of endless possibilities and exhilaration has been with me ever since. Even on the cold, wet, winter days I'm never happier than when I'm out with my camera in hand looking for compositions and inspiration. 

I've come to realize photography is a discipline with endless possibilities and never ending learning curve. It is the tool which enables me and all photographers of any genre to share their vision of the world around them with you, the viewer.  Thank you for taking the time to read this and I encourage you to have a look at my gallery and shop.
